Mira Tueny (The Healthquarters) is specialized in eating disorders from the National Center for Eating Disorders. She will be discussing with you the direct & indirect relation of stress & weight gain, covering 3 major subjects:

  • How To Deal With It & Prevent itIn this workshop, take the chance to deepen your knowledge and ask questions about one of daily life’s most challenging aspects.

    More About MIRA TUENY

    Mira Tueny is a dietitian and a smoking cessation practitioner holding a Master’s degree from Imperial College London in preventive cardiology which encompasses screening and lifestyle changes that needs to be adopted to prevent cardiovascular diseases. Mira is specialized in eating disorders. She is also recognized as SCOPE certified (specialist certification in obesity professional education) by the World Obesity Federation.
    After gaining valuable experience in renowned hospitals and healthcare centers in the UK and Lebanon, she founded The HealthQuarters in 2014 with the aim of creating a holistic environment.
    Mira works as a consultant for gyms, hotels, juice bars and food brands (Bjorg, Regilait, Elle & Vire,…).
    She also presents interactive workshops about healthy eating in adults and children, preventive cardiology and cancer prevention in banks, events and pharmacies.


  • Everything is taught from scratch in this hands-on session
  • We can host 16 participants max
  • You don’t have to bring anything with you but your take away boxes for left-overs
  • We will provide aprons, utensils, ingredients & everything else needed
