Who We Are?

Michelle & Youmna had a special friendship for years. In 2010, the strong bond developed into creative new ideas and a business partnership! As two young women entrepreneurs, they came up with this unique concept of sharing cooking experiences with people. Since then, KitchenLab established itself as a trusted name in Lebanon.

What’s The Concept?

Every day, we have a different cooking class. Most of them are given in the evening, so that people can join after work. We host around 16 people per session. Our instructors are fun, talented, vibrant & caring. At the end of the class, students can savor their dishes in our dining room all gathered around one table, eating the food they cooked with some wine and soft drinks in comfort and camaraderie; or they can decide to take their  meal home and share it with their loved ones.

Our cooking atelier is equipped with individual workstations adapted for hands-on cooking classes and with home cooking utensils, ovens, fridges etc… Because our concept is strictly based on learning how to cook at home.

Classes

Our classes are designed for everyone from inexperienced to advanced cooks, women and men, housewives and young couples, children and teenagers. The cooking class schedule has been carefully adapted to all levels and is as varied as the different world cuisines are. From Asian to Indian, pastry, sushi, gluten free dishes, Lebanese, Italian & French, or just as far as our gustative imagination can go!

Private Events & Rentals

Kitchenlab is also the perfect place for culinary group events whether birthdays, bachelors, Team-buildings, product launches etc.. By planning your personalized culinary experience with us, you will reward your employees and clients with a unique concept and environment.

When you book a private event, the whole place is yours! You can customize your menu, music, date & time, decoration etc. Our rental fee will include the space, coffee bar, helper, wifi & more.

The Famous Date Night

KitchenLab’s trusted date night has become quite a popular one for lovers! Bring your partner for a memorable experience. Your own private chef will talk both of you through a rewarding step by step hands-on cooking session. Enjoy the final meals on a romantic round table with candles and wine. Feel free to decorate the place with some romantic elements of your choice.

Inviting your crowd for a dinner at home? Let our chef cook for you and present delicious meals made from scratch in the warmth of your own kitchen.

Our Follow Up

A couple of days after attending a class, you will receive the pdf. version of your recipe booklet through a message/e-mail, so that we are certain you re-do the session at home.

The Boutique

Our boutique showcases a mix of international & local artisanal brands. From utensils to gourmet products, you can find tools for your own needs and even wonderful gifts.

The Gift Voucher

You can buy a gift voucher and fill it in with the amount of your choice. Keep in mind they have 3 months to redeem their voucher!
