Samar Antoun

Samar is a chef and food photographer who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu. Her journey began after she finished her master’s degree in food technology and struggled to find a job; she started to grow her interest in food photography and learning how to cook. She created her own Instagram page @chefsamarantoun and started to share delicious food she made, all self-taught. In 2018, she was selected to be part of a TV show for content creators: “Noujoum Bila Houdoud” on Al Aan TV. She learned all about video editing and photography, and ended up winning the 1st prize. After the TV show, Samar continued to learn about cooking by reading books such as Mastering the art of French cooking by Julia Child and watching lots of cooking TV shows. In 2022, she graduated from Le Cordon Bleu and fulfilled her dream of becoming a chef.
