– 2 versions of the Lebanese tabbouleh: The original tabbouleh salad with bulgur and tabbouleh salad with quinoa
– Traditional hummus
– Batata harra:  Spicy potatoes with coriander and garlic 
– Arayis kefta: Kefta meat grilled patties with onion, parsley, green onions, and sumac 
– The original muhallabia: Milk pudding with rose water, orange blossom and cotton candy

Each attendee will be able to enjoy his preparations along with a local beer and will go back with the recipes!
