WHY THIS CLASS
In this class you will learn one of culinary world’s most difficult and complex dishes; Koulibiac or commonly known as saumon en croûte. The Russian dish, later proclaimed by many, is a delicacy with different ingredients, textured and flavors. You will learn how to make the the perfect balance to ensure the salmon is cooked to perfection.
