In this class, you’ll be closely guided by a professional chef for 2 hours and you’ll learn how to make a seasonal fresh Chinese soup.

– How to make a real juicy broth with fresh ingredients
– How to properly handle chicken
– How to slice veggies in finely julienne
– How to hand cut noodles the Chinese way
