– Chocolate de Agua: We’ve got the best Mexican Hot Chocolate (Non-dairy cocoa) recipe ever for you! Lots of spices, piloncillo (unrefined Mexican sugar) and Tequila Don Julio Añejo.

– Canelazo: Canelazo is a hot, spiced alcoholic beverage with a beautiful amber color that is consumed in the Andean part of Ecuador, but also in Colombia, northern Peru and Argentina. We will experience this warm cocktail with the famous Guatemala premium rum Ron Zacapa Centenario.

– American Honey: This honey bourbon cocktail with rosemary simple syrup is just the right amount of sweet and savory to share with friends during a cozy cocktail hour, using Bulleit Bourbon American whiskey will be the right choice.

WHY THIS CLASS

Why not have an out-of-the-box happy hour with your friends?
During this hands-on mixology class, we will discover hot alcoholic cocktails from around the world, from the USA to Mexico, to Ecuador.

This class is divided in 2-parts:
1- In the kitchen: Where all the magic happens and where we’ll be learning how to prepare our homemade syrups using spices, herbs, fruits…
2- On the bar: Where we’ll be shaking and mixing our drinks. We’ll discuss barebones tools, we explain Diageo’s reserve brands and how to set up your space at home, juice, syrup, ice, garnishes, and basic technique, so you can make great drinks at home.
