Join this class to learn life-time Italian skills, techniques and recipes. End it beautifully by eating your new dish right after your prepare it.
In this class, You’ll be closely guided by a professional chef for 2 hours, and you will learn how to prepare fresh pasta with a yummy ragout, finishing with a nice Southern-Italy desert.
TECHNIQUES YOU WILL ACHIEVE
– How to make good quality pasta dough from scratch
– How to knead the egg pasta dough
– How to roll out a pappardelle and boil it
– How to dice, drain and cook the eggplant
– How to prepare authentic Zeppole!
