Christmas is the time for baking and sharing!
We decided to go out of the box this Christmas by dividing the class into 2 categories: first the traditional end of year cakes (Bûches) and second Christmas goodies (Truffles) that you can offer during this festive and hectic season!

– Prepare the genoise for the log
– Make the buttercream and chocolate mousse
– Decorate the Christmas log
