WHY THIS CLASS
Christmas is the time for baking and sharing!
We decided to go out of the box this Christmas by dividing the classes into 2 categories: first the traditional end of year cakes (Bûches and Mont Blanc) and second Christmas goodies (Orangettes and Truffles) that you can offer during this festive and hectic season!
You will make people happy around you!
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
– Dry fruits and pair them with chocolate
– Prepare the genoise for the log
– Make the buttercream and chocolate mousse
– Decorate the Christmas log
