Ingredients for 6 persons

For the crust
150 g Butter
120 g Powder sugar
1 Egg
300 g Flour
1/2 Lemon zest

Method of preparation
Mix the butter with the powder sugar, add the egg (room temperature), and then add the flour, the salt and the zest. Let it rest for 1 hour and butter your molds. Roll out the dough and fill your tart molds. Bake at 175 degrees for around 10 minutes.

For the pastry cream
1 Liter Milk
4 Eggs
180 g Sugar
80 g Cornstarch
50 g Butter
10 g Vanilla

Method of preparation
Mix well the egg, the egg yolk, the sugar and the cornstarch. Heat the milk and vanilla aroma and when it starts to boil, add the egg mixture and cook the cream. Add the butter. Let it cool down.
Spread some pastry cream on the tart crust and add some berries on top!
