Chef Mohamad Al Sayed cumulates over 15 years of culinary professional experience. Driven by his passion for culinary art, he worked his way up in the Food & Beverage industries over years of related successes and accomplishments. Through his work experience with Micheline Star Chefs, MOF’s, and Lebanese Star Chefs, he gained extensive knowledge on the principles and techniques of culinary art. He is acknowledged for his abilities to create new and innovative recipes and menus through infusing diverse cuisines, as well as, combining traditional and modern cooking techniques. He also participated, and has been awarded, in several local and international competitions, most notably, representing Lebanon in the Bocuse D’or competition in 2008.
