1st class
– Fresh red beet pasta with a parsley & walnut pesto
– Fresh plain pasta with pomodoro sauce from scratch

2nd class
– Fresh gnocchi with a mushroom alfredo sauce from scratch
– Fresh green spinach gnocchi baked with cherry tomatoes, baby spinach , green peas & mozzarella

WHY THIS CLASS

Fresh pasta gives a delicate texture and depth of flavor to your pasta dishes – it’s an entirely different experience than boiled noodles from a box. This class will give you the confidence and skills to create a beautiful meal of fresh pasta and how to add ingredients to the dough any time.

Each student gets the chance learn about the proper ingredients to use and to roll out their dough in hand cranked pasta makers.
