WHY THIS CLASS

Cooking without mastering the cooking basic fundamentals is like trying to run without knowing how to tie your shoes.

Therefore, we have prepared for you a package of 3 classes where you will learn all the basics of cooking: Knife skills, food preservation, introduction to fish, to meat, to poultry and everyday fresh and summery recipes to please your Family and Friends!

During each class, you will learn new techniques and apply them in different recipes. Each class will be followed by a dinner with drinks!

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

1st Class: Chicken
Salads:
– Quinoa salad with fruits, pomegranate, spring onion, crunchy vegetables
– Chicken caesar salad
Main dishes:
– Stuffed chicken breast with turkey, spinach and cream cheese, served with ratatouille vegetable and tarragon sauce
– Grilled Hawaiian teriyaki chicken skewers

2nd Class: Meat
Salads:
– Pumpkin and chickpea salad:
– Lentil salad with beetroot, seasonal vegetables and feta cheese, served with balsamic vinaigrette
Main dishes:
– Slow cooked marinated Steak and cajun fries with baked vegetables and pepper sauce
– Cuban beef pinchos served with romesco sauce

3rd class: Fish
Salads:
– Garden-fresh salad: Mixed green salad, string beans, mixed bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, served with a honey citrus sauce
– Sea bass tartar with fresh herbs, crunchy
pickles and pink peppercorn
Main dishes:
– Fish paupiette with mediterranean vegetables and creamy fennel sauce
– Fish Skewers with zucchini boats stuffed with mashed potato and herb sauce
